This is a montage of clips I've accumulated back in my Halo 2 days. I made this short video to show my skills in editing to the rest of the clan. Granted the footage is all of me playing the game, I still threw the clan name on it. The clips were recorded with my VX2000. Not filming the television of course. I had a video out from the VCR and plugged it into my video IN on my camera and hit record. From there the tape was captured and edited on Vegas Video 4. The music playing are two different tracks. The first song playing is At The Drive-In's "Enfilade" off of the Relationship Of Command CD. The last song is The Mars Volta's "Ineritiatic" and "Son et Lumiere" from the album "De-Loused in the Comatorium".

The video has a small break three quarters into the clip. To be honest, I didn't have anything to go with that part of the music, atleast anything that would look great. I know I know, I'm really pushing this Omar Rodriguez music! I used to be a fan, but I guess I moved on. These three songs went really good with the short and fast clips. Since it was a clan video, I had to make sure everyone would want to like the music that's representing them in some way.

Leper Messiah the Clan; About.

The clan had some memorable characters in it. Ramseez, Ram Dass (Rom Dahss, not Rammed Ass), Wienkes, Dunki Swann, Chypmonk, and last but not least, Monarch. Ramseez and Ram Dass came up with the clan with the name originating from the Metallica song "Leper Messiah", although they decided one "s" would be better in the clan name. Who knows. I thought the term was from David Bowie's "Ziggy Stardust", but hey, not my doings. After ungodly hours of playing this game with all those schmucks, it started to fall apart a bit. I for one left Halo 2 completely after my Xbox Live account ran out and found other things to waste time on. But hell, it was a wonderful time playing on their with some of the best friends and team mates I've ever met online. I'd love to go back and play more, but there's always Halo 3, right?
