1280x1024 fits quite nicely on a 19 inch monitor, doesn't it? Feel free to download and use this as a wallpaper. I found a neat tutorial on PSDtuts.com and thought; "Hey, I can do that just as good and if not better!" so I went ahead and spent an hour giving it a whirl. I learned how to use paths with strokes to do the curvy lines. Mixed large text with small text along with different letter spacing. The texture of the old fashioned wallpaper gives it a nice touch compared to the regular smoke look, don't you think?

I put a weeks worth of work into making this background and it turned out great! I added the cracked LCD screen image behind the banner to make it appear that a portion of the screen is dead. Hand drawn tentacles but many of the parts for the bottom where the dock would be positioned were brushes found on DeviantArt.com. This is 1440X900, perfect for 15" Macbook Pro users.

Another 1440x900 resolution wallpaper for the 15" Macbook Pro. This time I spent a day making an image with diagnal stripes with textures/patterns on it to play around with perspective a bit and a style I'm not used to.
