Freelance Designer Card
This was my final design for a personal card to hand out when attempting to freelance and just pass along to people who want to keep in touch. The image is a silhouette of myself with god rays emitting from a picture of Vets park at night in Bay City with translucent tentacles rising from the grass. It took me about two hours to come up with and was printed on Moo.com's minicards.
PantherSweat.com Promo Card 1
I wanted something simple to promote PantherSweat.com and found that the logo on a simple radial gradient is sufficient. I came up with the idea after listening to the new promo CD Trent Reznor recently released for free showcasing a few electronic bands entitled "Lights In The Sky: Over North America 2008 Tour Sampler". The cover had great looking gradients for lights, that's where the idea came from. Tie that in with the text and tear of blood/panther. Another card printed on Moo.com's mini cards.
PantherSweat.com Promo Card 2
Last set of cards from the recent purchase of Moo's mini cards is the simple PantherSweat.com logo. It's a drop of blood symbolizing both sweat and blood along with the glare having a subtle image of a panther in it. Think of the ThunderCats logo turned sideways! Along with that, there's the fabric background with a wing at the bottom along with some smudges at the top to make the card look fairly dirty, this took me less than an hour to achieve.
